Terms of Sale

Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with order. No work will proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once your order has been verified. No partial refunds for work not completed.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been sent to press and the refund is requested the same business day. In the case of a refund on an order that work has not started, a $25 processing fee will be charged.

File Requirements

All images, after being enlarged or reduced for reproduction, will crop approximately 1/16" to 1/8" to allow for bleed. We cannot process orders that do not meet the minimum requirements. If your order is process without the proper bleeds we can not guarantee parts of your image will not be cut. Please follow our Spec sheet to insure good cuts and color prints.

Turnaround Times

We start counting the turnaround time when we send your order to press. Orders sent to press after 5pm Pacific Standard Time will begin counting turnaround time the next business day. If you order a fax, email or hard copy proof, turnaround begins when we receive proof approval. Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround time.

Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided and aproved. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Holding-Need Artwork" and your turnaround time will be reset.

For jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, turnaround begins when we have the photos or artwork needed to print, not from when the order is first submitted.

Turnaround time for accepted artwork is guaranteed. The remedy for failing to meet a deadline is limited to a refund of any rush charges or a courtesy rush on your next order. Cancellation of an order based on turnaround time is only allowed if the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date and the customer does not want us to process the order.

Over Color assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

Changing Files Once Sent to Press

Once a job has been "sent to press" to/from Overcolor.com, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. If the order has not yet gone to press, the sole remedy available is to cancel the order, pay the $25 cancellation fee and place a new order.

Complaints

All complaints must be registered with in 24 hours of receipt of job. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. All complaints need to include your order number and contact information. Submit all complaints to info@overcolor.com or call 559.933.7444. If you do not receive a conformation email about your complaint or a conformation call please resubmit your request within 24hrs. Complaints submitted after 72 hours are void. Please allow 7 business days for a final response.

Proofs

You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proof-read all layouts carefully. As postal regulations are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for postcard layouts. Check with your local Post Office. Colors may vary with online or email proofs due to monitor configurations. Most orders are printed using a CYMK process, online and email proofs are sent in RGB format.

Sales Tax

All California orders are subject to Fresno,CA sales tax. If customer is tax exempt, Exemption Certificate must be sent or faxed to us with your first job. No refund of taxes with orders placed during time certificate is not on file.

Indemnification

Customer represents that all of the material it is submitting to OVER COLOR is completely original, and it does not, and will not, defame any person or entity, or infringe upon or violate any rights, including copyright, of any third person. Client will indemnify and hold OVER COLOR, its owners, private contractors, or employees, harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorneys fee and court costs, that arise out of any breech or misrepresentation regarding this paragraph.

You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
